60% of Boko Haram individuals are not Nigerians-Chief of Army Staff says

 

 

 

Head of Army Staff, Lieutenant-General Tukur Buratai, yesterday said judging by the present exercises of the Boko Haram psychological militants, it has been demonstrated that 60 for each penny of the radicals are not Nigerians. Buratai said this when he got the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General, Dr Mohammed Ibn Chambas, at the base camp of the Theater Command of Operation Lafiya Dole, at the Maimalari Cantonment in Maiduguri, Borno state.
